Ramachandra Educational Trust (RET) started Sri Venkateshwaraa Dental College (SVDC ) in the academic year 2014-2015. SVDC provides excellent education to students in a patient friendly atmosphere.
The college is located in Ariyur, Pondicherry in a 5 acre campus with a builtup area of 1,50,000 sq.ft. The campus has eco friendly environment. The college is approved by Dental Council of India and is affiliated to Pondicherry University.
The college has a self governing body with Academic cell, Sexual harassment committee and Anti ragging committee that work under the guidance of the Principal and the Staff members. They continually focus on student development and safety.
SVDC has state-of-the-art infrastructure with 5 laboratories, 4 Air Conditioned classrooms and 205 fully automated dental chairs in various clinical departments and provides the students best learning opportunities and excellent patient care skills.
